After 20 years in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and FMCG sectors, Neelam has become somewhat of an expert in meeting regulatory requirements in fast-changing environments. She’s known for her leadership approach when it comes to executing projects from concept to commercialisation.
With a Masters in Chemistry and a Post Graduate degree in Packaging Technology, she’s no stranger to a complex barrier challenge or a sensitive formulation issue. Combine this with her extensive exposure across the global packaging industry, Neelam brings to the panel a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.

With over 24 years of experience in packaging sales and development, Guy has helped many customers find ideal solutions to their packaging requirements. He earned a B.A. in Business and International Trade with a major in Asia Business and relocated to Asia in 2012. Since then he has been at the forefront of pharma packaging development. Leading teams through China, India, Europe, and the USA, Guy continues to help his customers confront new challenges by finding innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Peter J. Schmitt
Managing Director,
Montesino, North America
Peter began his career in the early 1980’s selling various types of polymeric raw materials (film, sheet and synthetic resin) to the medical, pharmaceutical and electronics industries throughout the Caribbean. The company he helped build was acquired by a division of General Electric (Polymerland).
In 1996, he founded Montesino Associates and in 2000, he founded Montesino Technologies, a manufacturers’ representative for high technology film and converting equipment. Peter continues to lead Montesino to take on new challenges including sustainability in packaging.
Peter has an M.Div. from St. Bernard’s and a B.A. from St. John Fisher, both in Rochester, NY.
